With extensive experience across payroll, workforce operations and outsourced employment services, Dale leads Kova's strategy, product and client relationships.
His focus is simple: make Direct Engagement operationally straightforward, commercially viable and scalable.
Louise Cooper
Head of Service Delivery
Louise leads service delivery at Kova, helping turn Direct Engagement from a commercial decision into a service that works day to day.
She works across client implementation, worker onboarding and ongoing service delivery, ensuring agencies and their workers receive a responsive, well-managed experience.
Kye Burchmore
Legal & Compliance Adviser
Kye provides specialist legal and compliance support to Kova through Trinity Tax.
